Moghrabieh

 

This is a speciality from Morocco, which in Arabic is El-Maghreb, from where the Moghrabieh originated. It is very similar to the Couscous, except the seeds are bigger than the Couscous seeds, they are cooked in meat and chicken with lovely spices, and chick peas.
