Kibbe Siniyeh

 

This is a typical Lebanese dish served with a side salad and pickles; you find it also in Jordan and Syria. It is made with Borghol and beef then stuffed with lamb and pine nuts. It is spread on an oven tray. It is best eaten with a yoghurt, garlic and cucumber mixture.
