Kebab Tannour

 

A Tannour is a clay oven, in the olden days the meat, peppers, aubergines and onions were put on a skewer and grilled in the clay oven then cooked on a stove with tomatoes, but using a conventional grill does the job equally well, this is an Iraqi speciality.
