Dolma Bzait

 

Every Mezze table has a plate of Dolma Bzait. It is stuffed vine leaves or spinach leaves with rice and cooked in olive oil, variations do occur. I think this is the tastiest one; the potatoes at the bottom have a wonderful tangy taste. When they are left overnight, the oil and juices thicken, this enhances the taste.
